I am a Board Certified and Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist offering therapeutic massage techniques, deep tissue, body mobilization, trigger point therapy and energy work to help your body heal itself. I am also trained in pregnancy massage and work with women before, during and after childbirth.
The goal of each session is to release tense muscles, increase range of motion and restore balance for health and harmony. The discomforts of pregnancy can be relieved through my nurturing touch.
