Infant Massage class 5-week series 

Starting Tuesday's March 5-April 2

I teach a 5 week, 60 minute  progressive  sequence for parent and baby to easily learn a complete routine. We welcome babies in any mood and respect their needs, and through  the art of nurturing touch parents will learn their babies cue's, bond, build trust and enhance their communication skills, which lays a healthy foundation for life. It is  important that you come to all 5 classes since I teach a progression and integrate all aspects at the final class. If you miss one class I will be happy to do a one-on-one as a make-up. I promise that you will feel connected, supported, and confident as you learn to communicate through touch.

Here is a class outline:

Week 1: Demonstrate legs and feet. 

Week 2: Review legs and feet and add stomach. 

Week 3: Review above, add gas/colic routine, chest and arms.

Week 4: Review above, add face and back.

Week 5: Review all strokes and add gentle movements. Q & A.

Class evaluation forms, Snacks and refreshments.

Parents receive a folder with diagramed handouts, a bottle of organic unscented edible massage oil, and a parent discussion on topics of interest to you. 

The cost is $125 per family for 5 weeks. Space is limited to 8 families. Please pre-register by email, only4jen@att.net. Payment is due at time of registration.
